The member's area looks exactly like the tour. The only thing they've changed is that you're now given the ability to download everything. There's a list of categories that contain all the content. POV Feet does not feature POV content, which is designed to make it feel like you're involved. I have no idea why they named the site that way. Conclusion

It's hard to recommend POVFeet because they no longer update and the site is small.
